New process for Workers Comp reporting was instituted by the State PTA in late 2020:

Each year, every PTA must complete a WorkersComp Report. This form needs to be filled in even if your PTA has not paid anyone.
 
The deadline for submitting the form is Sunday, January 31, 2021.
 
This year instead of sending the WorkersComp Report to your council or district PTA, you will send your WorkersComp Report directly to AIM Insurance. Please keep a copy of your report for your records.
 
There are two options for submitting the form: an online form and a paper form (you must use the 2021 version).
