Insurance Premium Deadline

Insurance Premiums due to remain in good standing and retain PTA charter. Premium for 2019-2020 is $232 per PTA Unit. A late fee of $25 will be added for any premiums received after this date. Use the Berkeley Council Remittance form to pay the premium through the Council Treasurer.
