Workers Compensation Report Deadline

Workers Compensation Reports are required by all PTA units whether they are employers or not. If your unit is not an employer, write "No one Employed" on the completed form and return it to the Council treasurer. 
If your unit is an employer, you may owe Supplimental Premiums if your Worker's Compensation obligation is greater than $1000. Total Workers Compensation obligation is 3.5% of the total payroll. Amounts greater than $1000 is remitted using the Berkeley Council Remittance Form and sent to the Council treasurer and are due November 30.
