Recall, we sent out a survey in June for people to complete with 1-3 goal ideas. I grouped these into about a dozen+ buckets, which are all collated into a BPTA Goal List. Each goal idea has its own sheet, linked in this Goal List. I took a first crack at winnowing these down- please see my comments on the far right column. I’ve budgeted time to talk about 9 goal ideas at 5 min each. I’m hoping we can take a first cut at the dozen+ we have and maybe pare them down to 9- some of them I think we might all agree we would just do as a matter of how we conduct our work: namely, institute ways to promote cross school site communication, use committees to get work done between meetings, have a standing agenda item for our 5 min. report to the board, etc.
Everyone is invited to look at these and open each Goal Sheet. If you have detail to add, ideas to make it into a SMART goal, questions or concerns, links to additional info, etc. it is not too late to add them now. Thanks!
Bottom line: use each Goal Sheet to capture any and all questions or concerns, additional information and refinements of the goal the Council could achieve in a year.
