Please join us for our next PTA Council Meeting on Monday, March 2nd at 6:30 p.m. in the BUSD Technology Room, 2020 Bonar Street, Room 126. PTA LEADERS: Please post this to your e-trees and alert all of your members.
OUR GUEST SPEAKER WILL BE CATHY CAMPBELL FROM BFT.
Cathy will update us on the current state of contract negotiations between Berkeley Federated Teachers and Berkeley Unified School District as well as provide an update on the new Common Core testing.

PTA Council is a chance for leaders from all of the Berkeley schools to share issues, strategies, and information and to seek advice. Why struggle alone when, working together, we are so much more powerful?

PTA Council Meetings are open to the public, and we welcome all members of the BUSD community to join us as we work together to address ways to best serve the children enrolled in our wonderful public schools. Please share this invitation with your school e-trees, as well as all PTA leaders at your school, and add the dates listed below to your school site calendars. We serve pizza and treats at all of our meetings, so no need to rush to eat before you come! Our meetings for the coming school year will be held on the first Monday of each month in the same location.
