• Choose which ones, and SMARTify.

• Form committees to pursue each 

We're going to try to do this via breakout rooms. 

• For each of the goals we agree to pursue, we will create a room; people are invited to join whichever one they choose and contribute, listen. 

• One person needs to agree to be the scribe; use the Goal Sheets to capture committee member names and fine tune the wording of the goal.

• People can move from room to room as they like.

• We'll reconvene and see how we've done.
