6:30: Technical explanation of how our videoconference meeting will work. No introductions.

6:35: COVID-19. Presentation by Superintendent Brent Stephens, followed by Q&A. 

• BUSD's initial plans for distance learning for the rest of school year 2019-20.
• How can parents and guardians plan to guide their children’s education? … i.e. what should they do all day? What should families do if they have no capacity to manage this on their own?
• How is the District planning to help families who lack online learning skills and access?

7:25: General discussion of what other initiatives the PTAs could undertake during the shutdown, and what activities can be done. 

7:50: How PTAs can keep functioning online during the shutdown. Details about new State PTA rules for remote meetings, votes, budgets, and elections. Discussion.
